One Agent. Many Jobs. What Dynamo Actually Does All Day.

Dynamo is the AI agent built into Truvio Commerce Suite. See what it actually does across products, orders, content, and users during a normal day.

One Agent. Many Jobs. What Dynamo Actually Does All Day.

Most AI product tours start and end with a chatbot answering questions. Dynamo goes further. It's the AI agent built into Truvio Commerce Suite, and alongside answering questions about your data, it does the work itself: enriching a product, processing a return, publishing a landing page, creating a user, all from a single conversation.

It starts with a sentence, not a form

Traditional commerce administration means knowing where things live. Which shop holds this product, which tab holds that field, which menu holds the setting you need. Dynamo removes that requirement entirely. You describe what you want in plain language, and Dynamo finds the right data, the right screen, and the right action on its own.

Truvio Commerce Suite now connects to AI agents like Dynamo through the Backend MCP Server, a structured layer that exposes the platform's full functionality so an agent can call it reliably and repeatably. That's the plumbing. What it enables is the interesting part.

Product enrichment: the obvious use case, expanded

Enriching product data is the use case most people associate with agentic AI in commerce, and Dynamo does it well: writing SEO titles, filling missing descriptions, translating a whole shop's catalogue, building an entire PIM data model from a single prompt. But that's the floor, not the ceiling.

Orders, across the full lifecycle

Dynamo doesn't stop at product data. It works across the complete order lifecycle: creating and updating orders, converting carts, managing order states, applying line-level discounts, processing returns, setting up recurring orders, and configuring payment and shipping methods. A prompt like "show me all return requests from the last 30 days that haven't been processed" or "set up a recurring order for this customer, shipping every 30 days" gets handled the same way a product enrichment request does: understood, proposed, and executed only once you approve it.

Content and design: building the page, not just the copy

This is where Dynamo goes further than most agentic AI tools in commerce. It doesn't just help you write content, it builds the page. Ask it to create a new landing page with a hero, a product grid, and an FAQ accordion, and Dynamo assembles it directly in your site's grid layout. Ask it to add a slider paragraph of your five newest products to the homepage, or to copy the structure of an existing category page into a new one, and it does exactly that.

Dynamo also has safe, read-only visibility into your design system, colour schemes, typography, and button styles, so it understands your site's visual language even when it isn't the one changing it.

Users, handled the same way

User administration is often the most tedious part of running a commerce platform: creating B2B accounts, checking who still has admin access, updating an address on file. Dynamo handles these the same way it handles everything else, as a conversation instead of a form. "Create a new B2B customer with access to the Wholesale price group" or "list every user with administrator-level access" are answered and executed directly.

The part that makes all of this safe: nothing happens without you

None of the above matters if it comes at the cost of control, and that's the part worth dwelling on. Every single change Dynamo makes, across products, orders, content, or users, is presented as an approval card first.* You see exactly what's about to happen before it happens. Nothing is created, updated, or deleted silently.

Underneath that, administrators control exactly what Dynamo is allowed to do through a per-tool permission grid, scoped by tool and by configuration. Every action is logged for full traceability. And because the Backend MCP Server keeps connection strings, configuration, and other secrets out of reach by design, there's no path for an agent to touch anything outside its allowed scope.

This is the "on your terms" part of agentic AI, and it's the part that turns a genuinely useful tool into one that IT and security teams can actually sign off on.

*There is an option to engage "auto-approve" for select tasks, so routine, repetitive work can run without confirming each one individually. You decide where that applies.

Built-in expertise for complex tasks

Dynamo's built-in skills, purpose-built playbooks for tasks like PIM setup, product enrichment, page translation, and order investigation, are selected automatically for each request, so multi-step work gets handled with precision rather than guesswork. Partners can also add custom skills tailored to a specific implementation's data structures and workflows.

One platform, not one interface

Dynamo is the built-in experience, but it isn't the only door in. Because the same functionality runs through the standard Backend MCP Server, you can also connect Claude, Microsoft Copilot, or any MCP-capable AI client directly to your Truvio Commerce Suite instance, governed by the exact same permissions either way. Whichever AI strategy your organisation settles on, the underlying data layer is already built to support it.

What this means day to day

The value isn't that Dynamo can technically do 391 different things. It's that the person managing your commerce platform no longer needs to know where every setting lives to get work done. They describe the outcome, Dynamo proposes it, and nothing changes until someone says yes.

One agent. Many jobs. Full control, always.
