Commerce Partner Days 2026: Turning AI Into Partner Value
How are AI and changing customer expectations reshaping commerce? Christian Beer reflects on the biggest discussions and opportunities from Truvio Commerce Partner Days 2026.
Truvio Commerce Partner Days 2026
On September 9-11th, 2026, more than 100 partners from 16 countries gathered in Aarhus for Truvio Commerce Partner Days 2026 to explore the future of digital commerce, AI, product information management, integrations, and customer experience.
Across three days of keynotes, product updates, technical deep dives, demonstrations, and networking, one theme stood out consistently: AI is no longer a future conversation. Partners are actively looking for ways to turn emerging technologies into customer value today.
Following the event, we sat down with Christian Beer, Executive Vice President of Commerce at Truvio, to reflect on the key announcements, biggest discussions, and opportunities ahead for the partner community.

A conversation with Christian Beer, EVP Commerce
Christian, looking back, what made this year's Commerce Partner Days particularly special?
This year's event felt like a real milestone for our community.
We welcomed 109 partners from 16 countries across four continents, all bringing different perspectives, experiences, and ideas. The energy throughout the event was exceptional, and the quality of the discussions was incredibly high.
Personally, I believe it was the best conference we've ever hosted. And reading this comment from one attendee, people seem to agree:
"Great event, worthwhile investing 3 days! Thanks for the fantastic organization! Till the next one."
All speakers delivered strong sessions, the venue worked beautifully, the external speaker program added tremendous value, and the award show created a fantastic atmosphere.
Most importantly, we saw partners actively engaging with our vision for AI and the opportunities surrounding DynamicWeb 10.
That was exactly what we hoped to achieve.
What were the most important announcements and developments from the event?
One of the biggest themes was the continued evolution of Truvio Commerce into a more intelligent and connected platform.
Across the programme, we shared updates around Agentic AI, PIM, integrations, APIs, CPQ, dealer portals, and the broader Truvio Commerce roadmap.
At the same time, we explored how AI is fundamentally changing the way commerce businesses operate and how partners can create value for customers in this new environment.
Our focus is not simply adding AI features. It's helping customers solve real business challenges, improve operational efficiency, and create better digital experiences.
Agentic AI featured throughout the programme. How is it changing the opportunities available to partners and customers?
The conversation around AI has matured significantly.
Most organisations are now moving beyond asking whether they should use AI. The question is how they can apply it effectively and responsibly to create measurable business value.
That's where we see tremendous opportunity.
AI can help accelerate implementations, simplify content creation, improve data quality, automate processes, and support better customer experiences. But the real value comes when intelligence becomes embedded within business workflows rather than existing as a separate tool.
The opportunity for partners is helping customers make that transition.
Which sessions generated the strongest reactions?
Several sessions stood out.
Mark Stuyt's (Neural Impact) presentations generated significant engagement and were mentioned repeatedly in attendee feedback. His perspectives on growth, differentiation, and navigating an AI-first market clearly resonated with partners.

The practical AI-focused sessions also attracted strong interest, particularly those showing how AI can be applied in real-world commerce and PIM scenarios rather than remaining theoretical.
Partners are looking for practical examples they can use today, and those sessions sparked some of the most productive discussions throughout the event.
What did you hear from attendees about their priorities and challenges?
Many partners are navigating a period of significant change.
Customer expectations continue to rise, AI is creating new possibilities, and traditional service models are evolving. That naturally raises questions about how organisations should adapt and where they should invest their efforts.
One attendee described the event as a:
"Good mix of tech-optimism and tech-realism, as many of the attendees carry with them big questions about what the future holds."
I think that's an accurate reflection of the conversations we had.
There is a lot of excitement around AI, but partners are also looking for practical guidance, proven approaches, and concrete ways to generate business value.
Which opportunities can partners start acting on right now?
The most immediate opportunity is helping customers move from experimentation to execution.
Many businesses understand AI's potential, but they need support turning ideas into operational improvements.
Areas such as product information management, content creation, integrations, dealer portals, self-service commerce experiences, and process automation all present opportunities where partners can create measurable value today.
The organisations that succeed will be those that focus on outcomes rather than technology alone.
How does Truvio help partners differentiate as expectations continue to evolve?
Our role is to give partners both the technology and the opportunity to create value.
That means continuing to invest in the platform, providing practical AI capabilities, and helping partners understand where the market is moving.
The conversations throughout Commerce Partner Days reinforced that many partners are eager to embrace these opportunities. There was tremendous interest in both AI-related capabilities and DynamicWeb 10, which tells us we're moving in the right direction.
Beyond the formal sessions, what made bringing the community together so valuable?
The Truvio partner ecosystem has always been one of our greatest strengths.

Events like Commerce Partner Days create opportunities to learn from each other, exchange experiences, challenge assumptions, and build relationships that continue long after the conference ends.
That collaboration is difficult to replicate online.
The conversations between sessions, during networking events, and throughout the evening activities are often just as valuable as the presentations themselves.
What should partners be excited about next?
The pace of innovation in commerce has never been faster.
We're continuing to invest in AI, platform capabilities, integrations, and solutions that help customers create better digital experiences while delivering stronger business outcomes.
If Commerce Partner Days demonstrated anything, it's that our community is ready to embrace that future.
The year ahead presents enormous opportunities for partners willing to innovate, adapt, and help customers unlock value from these new technologies.
And judging by the conversations we had in Aarhus, that journey is already well underway.
