Following our name change from DynamicWeb to Truvio, the event has also been renamed.

Commerce Partner Days continues the spirit of DynamicWeb Summit, bringing our partner community together for product updates, inspiration, knowledge sharing, and networking - now under the Truvio name.

Your ticket includes access to the conference sessions for the selected days, including relevant tracks, product updates, tech talks, networking activities, and catering during the conference.

For attendees joining the main conference on September 10–11, the ticket also includes the Thursday evening social dining experience with entertainment, selected drinks, cocktails, and the award show.

For attendees joining the extended developer day on September 9, the ticket also includes the developer-focused program and dinner with peers.

The extended developer day takes place on September 9, 2026, and is aimed at technical teams and developers.

The main Commerce Partner Days conference takes place on September 10–11, 2026.

The Extended Day is designed for developers and technical profiles working hands-on with Truvio Commerce projects.

It is especially relevant if you work with implementation, customization, integrations, frontend, headless, architecture, APIs, or technical project delivery.

The day is a technical AI Hackathon, not a traditional training course or sales session. Participants will use AI-assisted development tools, build and test a solution, and get support from Truvio Commerce developers and technical experts throughout the day.

It is not designed for sales-focused roles. If your focus is sales, positioning, account management, customer cases, or commercial strategy, the main conference days will likely be more relevant.

The full agenda will be shared closer to the event, and the registration page will be updated regularly with speakers, sessions, tracks, and practical information.

For most attendees, the best airports to consider are Aarhus Airport or Billund Airport.

Aarhus Airport is the closest airport to Aarhus. From the airport, you can take the 925X Airport Express bus directly to Aarhus city centre. The journey to Aarhus Central Station takes approximately 45–50 minutes, and bus departures are usually coordinated with scheduled flights.

Billund Airport is also a good option, especially for international travelers, as it offers a broader range of flight connections. From Billund Airport, you can take the 912X airport bus to Aarhus. The journey to Aarhus Central Station takes approximately 90 minutes.

For some international travelers, Copenhagen Airport may also be relevant if it offers better flight connections. From Copenhagen, Aarhus can be reached by train in approximately three hours.

There is currently no official event hotel, but we recommend staying in central Aarhus close to Godsbanen and Aarhus Central Station.

These hotels are all located near the conference, making it easy to reach the venue on foot.

We recommend booking accommodation early, as availability in central Aarhus may become limited closer to the event.

Please note that Truvio does not have a reserved room block or special hotel rate unless otherwise stated. Attendees are responsible for booking their own accommodation.

The event takes place at Godsbanen in central Aarhus, so we recommend staying at a hotel in Aarhus C. From many central hotels, the venue is within walking distance.

If you arrive by plane, airport buses from Aarhus Airport and Billund Airport connect to Aarhus city centre. From there, you can usually walk, take a short taxi ride, or use local public transport to reach your hotel or the venue.

If you are joining the extended developer day on September 9, we recommend arriving in Aarhus on September 8 or early on September 9.

If you are joining the main conference on September 10–11, we recommend arriving on September 9 or early on September 10.

On both September 9 and September 10, registration and breakfast will be available from 8:00 AM CEST, and the first session will start at 9:00 AM.

Parking is available near Godsbanen, with access from Skovgaardsgade. Please note that the number of parking spaces available may vary.

Nearby parking alternatives include Scandinavian Center and Ceresbyen.

We recommend checking parking options and prices in advance, as parking in central Aarhus can be limited.

For attendees joining the extended developer day on September 9, catering is included throughout the day, including breakfast, lunch, coffee breaks, and dinner.

On September 10, catering is included throughout the full conference day, including breakfast, lunch, coffee breaks, dinner, selected drinks, and the evening social dining experience.

On September 11, the conference is a half day, and catering includes breakfast, coffee, and lunch.
