About Duroc Machine Tool
Duroc Machine Tool is a leading supplier of machining solutions in seven markets, including Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Finland, Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania.
Industry:
Wholesale (machine tools)
Company size:
51 - 200
Location:
Sweden
Solutions:
CMS, PIM
The Challenge:
Duroc realized that their outdated digital presence was impacting their ability to compete effectively.
Despite a large number of products and many languages, they did not use a PIM (Product Information Management) to structure their product information, images and other data.
There was also limited product information and, coupled with the lack of comprehensive content on the previous website, this led to missed opportunities for lead generation and customer engagement.
The previous solution was modified and developed by a vendor that made it difficult to manage, resulting in inefficient work for content editors.

The Solution:
Support for eight languages with Truvio CMS and PIM.
With approximately 500,000 product records, including language versions, variants and alternatives, the solution leverages PIM capabilities in areas such as indexing and search facets. Using Swift’s article and blog capabilities, Duroc can engage customers with a comprehensive library of case studies and informative content.
The solution integrates seamlessly with ActiveCampaign for AI-driven lead management and Vloxq quote platform for smoother quote generation. The functionality is further enhanced through tools such as Cookiebot, Leadfeeder and Sleeknotes, all of which are managed via Google Tag Manager (GTM).

The Result:
With the new website, Duroc Machine Tool can present their entire product range and complete offering in a much better way than before.
By implementing PIM (Product Information Management), they have been able to add more product information, technical data, documents, videos, etc.
PIM also enables a gradual presentation of more product variants and the many choices offered. This means that they can now help customers get significantly further in the purchasing journey by enabling them to find solutions for their specific needs.
With the new website, Duroc are already well ahead of many competitors in the market. They are determined to continue driving innovation and have already initiated plans for further improvements to strengthen this lead.
