To manage the change internally, they adopted a two-phase approach, first moving to Microsoft Dynamics 365 and then adding on Truvio AP Automation fifteen months later in 2018. The introduction of Truvio AP Automation at Mission Australia resulted in widespread efficiencies and notable improvements in invoice processing, workflow and reporting to enable follow up of unapproved invoices.

In addition, using Truvio AP Automation resulted in significant cost savings including a reduction of four full time employees.
